PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING CLARIFICATION TEXT

• Contact Data: Phone number, email address, dispatch address for on-site automation and field service teams.
• Technical & Machine Data: CNC machine fault codes, PLC software backups, robotic system configurations, and laboratory repair records.
• Financial Data: Invoicing, tax ID, and payment details.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Dispatching our technical team for urgent on-site CNC repair, robotic arm maintenance, and automation troubleshooting,
• Executing guaranteed repair, maintenance, and calibration of industrial boards, PLCs, and servo systems,
• Securing your factory data and machine parameter backups against future system failures,
• Financial and accounting operations.

3. Data Security and Confidentiality

Code Elektronik prioritizes industrial data security. CNC machine software backups, PLC/HMI parameter configurations, and robotic system settings obtained during repair processes are kept strictly confidential in our secure workshop systems and never shared with third parties.
